Inspire Youth First
1. Agreement
By accessing, using, or registering for programs, classes, camps, tryouts, events, or services provided by Inspire Youth First, LLC (IYF), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to parents/guardians (“Parent/Guardian”) and participants (“Participant”). If the Participant is under the age of consent in your jurisdiction, the Parent/Guardian agrees to these Terms on the Participant’s behalf.
2. Registration, Fees, and Payment
- Registration is confirmed when you complete the registration process and pay all required fees (if applicable).
- Fees for programs may be non-refundable unless IYF states otherwise in writing (see Section 6).
- You agree to provide accurate information. Errors or incomplete information may affect eligibility or participation.
3. Schedules, Practice/Play, and Changes
Schedules are subject to change due to weather, facility availability, league/official scheduling, staffing, or other operational needs.
We may adjust dates, times, locations, teams, groupings, and formats as necessary. You agree to check communications from IYF.
4. Health, and Risk of Participation
Youth sports involve inherent physical risk, including injury. By registering, you acknowledge that participation may involve strenuous activity and possible injury, illness, or accidents.
5. Waiver of Liability (Injury/Accident)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that IYF and its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, coaches, and agents (“Released Parties”) are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in Company activities.
This includes, without limitation, injuries resulting from weather, facility conditions, equipment use, other participants’ actions, or events beyond our control.
Some jurisdictions may not allow broad waivers; in those cases, the waiver will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed by law.
6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Credits
Refunds and cancellation policies vary by program type and payment terms.
Basic Policy:
- Generally refunds are not offered, IYF will offer credit where applicable.
7. Weather and Unsafe Conditions
If conditions are unsafe (including heat/cold, severe weather, or field conditions), we may delay, modify, or cancel activities. You agree that the Company is not responsible for losses caused by cancellations or changes due to safety or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Media Release (Photos/Videos)
By registering, you grant IYF permission to use the Participant’s name, image, likeness, and/or voice in photos, videos, and marketing materials related to the Company.
If you do not want your Participant included in marketing media, you must provide written notice to [HelloSports@inspireyouthfirst.org].
9. Code of Conduct & Bullying/Harassment
IYF is committed to a respectful environment. Discrimination, bullying, harassment, threats, or retaliation are prohibited.
We may take appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including removal from programs, suspension, or termination of services.
10. Privacy and Data Handling
We collect information to operate programs (e.g., enrollment, communications and emergency contact). We use reasonable measures to protect information.
11. Disclaimers
IYF provides services “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or programs and are not responsible for issues caused by third parties (such as facilities, leagues, or weather).
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Released Parties’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable program(s), unless prohibited by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Participant’s conduct, inaccurate information provided by you, or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
